Hi everyone! So I’ve been thinking about a top ten things to write for ages but never really came round writing it so what better writing about something I spend half of my life on! Guess..
Have you guessed?
So my top ten films to watch on netflix!
1. Chalet Girl
Okay, so if you like Theory of Everything and Gossip Girl then I think I found your new favourite film! It’s a funny teen-romance about this poor girl (Felicity Jones, Stephen Hawkings fake wife) meeting a rich boy (Ed Westwick eg. Chuck Bass off Gossip Girl) who surprisingly is good looking. I liked seeing Ed Westwick playing a more friendly gentleman guy instead of well…men-whore Chuck Bass.
2. Stuck In Love
I mentioned this film in TWO of my posts, Merry May Favourites and Stuck in Love film review! It’s got the fit Logan Leerman, the very very good looking Nat Wloff and the every-girl-wants-to-be-her Lily Collins! Can someone please write a fan-fiction to it?!!!
3. Just go with it
If your ever in a mood to laugh, watch Just go with it! When Danny (Adam Sandler) lies to his very young and pretty girlfriend that he is a divorced family man, he recruits his employee (Jennifer Aniston) and her kids to play his ex-wife and kids. I think I’ve watched this four times and I don’t normally re-watch films because I get bored with it but actually I don’t think I’ve ever got bored with this film!
4. Grown Ups
Want the perfect film to watch with your friends or family? Watch Grown Ups! Grab a slice of pizza, a dollop of icecream and enjoy the laughs.
5.The Bounty Hunter
With Jennifer Aniston in it, Bounty Hunter comes into one of my top ten films list. Milo Boyd (Gerard Butler), a down-on-his-luck bounty hunter, thinks he’s seeing an upswing in fortune when he gets a call to bring in his bail-jumping ex-wife, a reporter named Nicole (Jennifer Aniston). Milo considers the job an easy payday, but Nicole quickly escapes to chase a lead on a murder case. The former spouses play an escalating game of one-upmanship, until they suddenly find themselves on the run for their lives.
Are you a girl (or boy) who likes a little bit of action but not a marvel type of action. Again.. I’ve found the film for you.
Earth’s billions of inhabitants are unaware that the planet has an expiration date. With the warnings of an American scientist (Chiwetel Ejiofor), world leaders begin secret preparations for the survival of select members of society. When the global cataclysm finally occurs, failed writer Jackson Curtis (John Cusack) tries to lead his family to safety as the world starts falling apart
7. Boy In The Striped Pyjamas
Got a history essay but needs an excuse to put down your pen and paper? Boy in the Striped Pyjamas in based on a story which is in world war 11 of a 8-year-old Bruno and his family leave Berlin to take up residence near the concentration camp where his father has just become commandant. Unhappy and lonely, he wanders out behind his house one day and finds Shmuel , a Jewish boy of his age. Though the barbed-wire fence of the camp separates them, the boys begin a forbidden friendship, oblivious to the real nature of their surroundings.
Get tissues. Trust me, you’ll need it.
8. I am Slave
A film about a young woman who was once a tribe princess when she was young but was taken away from her family when her village was attacked. She soon becomes a slave in Britain and needs to escape.
9. Black Fish
The story of Tilikum, a captive killer whale that has taken the lives of several people, underscores problems within the sea-park industry, man’s relationship to nature, and how little has been learned about these highly intelligent mammals. It does sound a bit boring but really it’s such an interesting topic and does make you angry!
10. Las Mierables
Eddie Raymayne is in it. That’s all I can say.
I hope you roam your netflix happy and thankyou for reading! Follow for more posts, like if you’ve enjoyed, comment any films you would like to watch and check my other blog posts out!
